• The Promoters of this competition are the Organ Donor Foundation. The Promoters, their employees, immediate families, directors & sponsors of this competition are not eligible to participate in or enter this competition.
• Only one entry per person.
• The prize winner of the competition will be chosen by means of a lucky draw to take place at the Organ Donor Foundation's head office and will be notified via email.
• Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for any other prize.
• In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Promoters will be final and binding in all aspects of the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
• If the prize is not taken up for any reason, it will be the subject of a separate draw and shall be allocated in terms of the competition rules.
• For any reason whatsoever and at any time before the end of the competition period, the Promoters shall have the right to terminate the competition or withdraw or vary the nature of the prize, without notice thereof.
